These settings are applicable to everyone inside the company.

These settings can only be changed by administrators

User can add categories

If users are able to add categories on the fly, while they are recording their activities.

Hourly Rate

Set a default hourly rate, then will be default in all new projects unless specified otherwise in a project or category.

Hourly rate shown to users

When this setting is off, only Project managers and up are able to see the hourly rates within an activity. Otherwise everyone will be able to see and change hourly wages.

Kilometer allowance

Default Kilometer allowance used in all new project, unless specified differently in a project or activity.

Cost Multiplier

An activity of a user can have costs, this setting will multiply that cost for invoicing to the customers. Example: a cost multiplier of 0.50 will give a 50% discount to the customer, while a cost multiplier of 1.5 will give a 50% margin on costs. Default the cost multiplier is 1.
