This page describes the different rights a user can havei n the app and what their restrictions are.
Inactief
A user set to inactive isn't able to use the app anymore, but is still shown in reports.
Externe medewerker
Een externe medewerker. Hij/zij kan tijd schrijven op een project maar kan niet de details bekijken van een project. Heeft ook alleen inzicht in zijn eigen uren.
(Interne) medewerker
Same as the external user, but can view projects.
Planner
Same as the internal user but can preplan activities for a project.
Project Manager
Same as the Planner, and can add/change projects. View reports and review time registrations. Project Managers can always see the hourly rates of activities and projects. Kan inzichten inzien van alle gebruikers.
Management
Has the same rights as the Project Manager and can add and edit users and change their roles.
